The Service lets you create and manage data (leagues, teams, scores). You retain your rights in your content, and you grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit and for having the rights needed to share it.

The Service relies on third-party services (authentication via Clerk, analytics via PostHog, backend via Convex). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if it's necessary to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
